When one of her friends recommended Dara's Pilates classes years ago, Aileen didn't hesitate to give DC Fitness a try. Having attended Pilates elsewhere, she knew immediately that this studio was different.

From the beginning, Aileen was hoping for a combination of strength, flexibility, improved core stability, and the confidence that comes with feeling physically strong. Pilates had always appealed to her, but she wanted a place where she could truly progress, stay motivated, and feel supported.

One of the things Aileen values most is the team and the variety of classes. 
On Monday evenings, she attends Reformer Pilates with Steph - a class she describes as a great atmosphere, full of creativity and challenge, thanks to Steph's skill and imagination. 
She also loves the Mat Pilates classes with Dara, which incorporate weights, bands, rings, and more.  "Great atmosphere and great encouragement to get stuck in."

With morning, afternoon, and evening classes, Aileen believes there's truly a place for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level.
